What your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 100 units for both stand-up pouches.
How long does it take to receive my order once it's placed?
Once your order has been approved and processed, you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 weeks. A project manager will advise you of your in-hands date shortly after your order has been processed.
How many revisions can I make to my packaging design?
5 FREE designs revisions are included with your order. Should you require additional revisions, a nominal fee will be added commensurate with the total rounds of revisions required.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are able to ship worldwide and will provide you with a full shipping quote beforehand.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept ACH, bank wire, check, and all major credit cards (3% fee on all credit card transactions).
Can I use my shipping account to ship? Is there a fee for this?
We would be happy to use your shipping account for your order. No fees will apply.
Can I split my shipment?
Yes, of course. Just let us know at the time of the order where we need to ship and we will take care of that for you. A quote on the shipping will be shared with you beforehand so there are no surprises to you.
